With 15 years of experience under his belt, Brian is a unique hands-on industrial design leader, specializing in high level strategic design language and product realization programs that drive successful brands and businesses.

Brian is currently the Design Director of Design Sojourn. A Strategic Design Consultancy he founded to help organizations leverage on Design Led Innovation to make people’s lives better.

He was formally a Senior Design Manager at Philips Design, where he was responsible for the creation and execution of design strategies, client relationship and portfolio management for the Home Cinema Sound, Blu-Ray, and Remote Control accounts for Philips Electronics’ global businesses.

He was formally the Head of Industrial Design at Nakamichi’s regional HQ in Singapore, where he was responsible for managing strategic product design programs for Nakamichi and 3 other sister brands (Akai, Sansui & Emerson). Some of his major contributions at Nakamichi included the successful conceptualization and implementation of Nakamichi’s next generation design/brand language program and strategically managing the Audio, Visual, In-car Entertainment, and Music testing station product categories. He was responsible for and influenced all new Nakamichi product offerings from 2004 to 2008.
